Working with Sezar on ‘David’ was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Sezar had a very clear idea of what he wanted visually for the film, we worked together to hone the character design, colouring and overall visual style, including several highly entertaining skype calls involving both of us prancing about like loons acting out David & Goliath’s movements, which is by far the best way to do these things! That enjoyment in the creation process has translated well onto the screen, and the film itself has been very well received at various festivals around the world, winning several awards and accolades, which is nice!
